At Luminous Journeys we understand that your privacy is important. In order to provide the services on offer, we will collect some personal information about you, like name, address, phone number, passport number and expiration date.

This information will only be used to facilitate your travel with us, and will never be sold, rented or given to any third parties. The only exceptions are with the airlines, hotels and booking agents we partner with in providing your travel services. We will always safeguard your personal information to the best of our ability: including the use of protected computer systems, encrypted files and secure databases. Passport numbers will be purged from our systems following the completion of a given trip.

We will also need to obtain payment information in order to process payments online. This information will only be collected via secure third-party systems and will not be retained or stored by Luminous Journeys Travel & Tours.
